As everyone know we have updated our logo and started a new Journey with this logo.I know few of you asked “Why we choose this only not any other logo”? Or “What Our New Logo Means”? So Below the detailed description of our choice.
The image draws an impression of a being who is painted in blue. The being can be seen as the idea of “self” or “atman” and it is blue, showing the idea in Upnishads, that the being himself is “Brahman”, the supreme being who is all prevading and omnipresent like the mighty ocean, also blue in colour.
The being has a drop shown on its head, which he believes himself to be, like all of us know ourselves to be small and limited, whereas believing that, there exists some mighty entity called “God”, exclusive of us, this is the idea embodied in our minds, and thus we believe ourselves to be tiny, but it is shown in the Upnishadic Ideas, that Brahman is inclusive of Atman and like by tasting a drop, we can taste the entire ocean, we understanding ourselves can understand the entire ocean.
The drop emboding the being shows the limitation we have made for ourselves, making us think we are different from the divine, something Upnishads quote to be not true since they say “Tat Twam Asi” , meaning “You Are That” and “Aham Brahmasmi”, meaning “I am Brahman”.
Secondly, it shows the idea of dualism where the Purush and the Prakriti or Maya co-ordinate with each other to create the universe as it looks.
This world to be a projection of our own thoughts and emotions, Purusha are the being which is also called the Atma is the one who is witnessing all of this existence Prakriti is the one who creates the things which seem to be existing. so when the light of the Prakriti passes through the drop of the Guru should there comes out a Rainbow ,Rainbow which is not present but seems to be present because of the reaction of the the fusion of the Prakriti and the Purush.
The light is entering into the drop from the top left corner of the logo and the rainbow obeying the flaws of the Physics comes towards the bottom left. it shows the idea how this year is the one who is manipulating the same because the rainbow is just an ordinary illusion.
The Prakriti falls short if the Purush is not present it is like a person going into a deep sleep, where the nature continues to work but the being stops experiencing it, so for the atman, the nature ceases to exist, just because metaphorically it is not allowing the light of Prakriti or Maya to pass from itself.
Then we can also see a “Ka” from Devanagari which is a symbol of curiosity, since all the questions in many Indian languages start from Ka…. kab ,kahan ,kyun , kaise…etc. and curiosity is the mother of knowledge. Therefore it is the curiosity or Ka which will lead to the real nature of self.
In addition we have used light and soothing colours in the big drop, because peace and love is our real nature, the bright and dull colours are but exclusive from the real nature of self and hence emotions like fear, ambition, pride, ego etc are projections of the Maya.Another symbolism to be added mythology comes as a representation of different emotions where as the facts come as a perception of the things as they are therefore I put the word mythological with the colours representing the emotions where as the word facts was put with the colours of the rainbow which are perceived differently by our eyes are our senses as the nature of science is and this figure or Being is in the posture of namaste which sees I same salute the Divine within you, which lies in me.
